Job Opportunity: Hostess.

We are seeking a charismatic and professional Arabic Speaking Hostess to join the elite Food & Beverage team at our renowned 5-star luxury resort in Budaiya, Kingdom of Bahrain.

As the face of our dining establishment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable first impression for our esteemed guests, ensuring an exceptional start to their luxury dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and seat guests in a professional and efficient manner.

Manage restaurant reservations (walk-ins, phone, and digital bookings) with precision.

Maintain an organized and accurate seating plan, optimizing table turns and flow.

Answer guest inquiries about the resort, dining menu, and services clearly and courteously.

Assist the service team during peak hours and manage the front desk/reception area of the restaurant.

Handle guest feedback and requests promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the reception area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential: Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Previous experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Officer, or similar customer-facing role, preferably within a luxury hotel, 5-star resort, or fine dining restaurant.

A sophisticated and polished professional appearance with an engaging, friendly, and outgoing personality.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and maintain composure.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with reservation system
