Mystery shopper – Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various retail stores, restaurants, hotels, and other establishments across Saudi Arabia
– Evaluate and assess the customer experience based on predetermined criteria, including customer service, store appearance, product availability, and adherence to company standards
– Complete detailed and accurate reports on each visit, providing objective feedback and recommendations for improvement
– Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Saudi Citizens
- Excellent observational and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Access to a smartphone or computer with internet connectivity to submit reports
- Availability to conduct mystery shopping visits as per the assigned schedule
