This pivotal role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage high-level administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, draft and review official correspondence in both Arabic and English, and act as a primary liaison between the CEO, internal departments, and external stakeholders. The Executive Secretary will ensure the smooth flow of information, maintain confidentiality, oversee logistical arrangements for meetings and business trips, and support strategic and operational initiatives, all while contributing to a professional and efficient executive office environment. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of experience in executive-level support, preferably within the healthcare sector, and demonstrate the ability to multitask, solve problems proactively, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, helping drive the hospital’s mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services and fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented workplace.
