???? Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join a major substation construction project in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in civil engineering works related to substations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution during the construction phase.

???? Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all civil engineering activities during the substation construction phase.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve milestones.

Review and approve civil drawings, designs, and construction methodologies.

Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and provide engineering solutions.

Prepare reports, documentation, and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Support project management in resource planning and risk mitigation.

???? Education & Qualification Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in substation projects.

Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and practices.

Proven track record in managing large-scale EPC/Oil & Gas/Power projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
