We are looking for a professional and organized Office Secretary (Female Only) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in a similar administrative role and the ability to handle day-to-day office tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-desk operations, calls, and correspondence
Organize meetings, schedules, and appointments
Prepare reports, documents, and internal communication
Maintain office filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist management with administrative and coordination tasks
Ensure office operations run smoothly
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role
Fluency in English, Arabic, and Urdu is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
