HR Manager Position Summary:
– The Human Capital Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. This role involves overseeing various HR functions including training and development, organizational development, employee benefits, and payroll management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management , with a proven track record of leading HR teams and driving organizational growth.
– Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
– Conduct performance management and provide coaching and support to managers and employees.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
– Identify training needs and create and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
– Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Ability to think strategically and execute HR initiatives effectively
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
