Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
*Strong organizational and communication skills.
*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication.
*Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
*Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
