Construction/Operation Engineer Progress Management:
– Monitor the construction schedule to ensure project progress aligns with plans.
– Address delays promptly and adjust plans to handle emergencies.
Quality Management:
– Supervise project quality to meet standards.
– Review design drawings, propose modifications for rationality, and feasibility.
– Assist in project acceptance and quality inspections.
Safety Management:
– Conduct site safety checks for personnel and equipment.
– Recommend safety improvements and report to authorities.
– Organize safety training to enhance awareness.
Technical Support:
– Oversee project implementation, commissioning, and maintenance.
– Resolve on-site technical issues for equipment functionality.
– Coordinate inter-departmental work for efficient resource allocation.
