Finance and Administration Manager Key Responsibilities :
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
– Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
– Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
– Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
– Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
– Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
– Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes
– Asist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders
– Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with construction industry accounting is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
