Cost Engineer Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze project documents and prepare technical reports
– Develop execution methodologies and schedules
– Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation
– Consult and analyze subcontractor offers
– Manage site logistics planning
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in construction techniques and budget management
- Expertise in industry software (AutoCAD, ROBOBAT, Microsoft Project, Primavera)
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and equipment
- Technical English proficiency
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, and organizational abilities
- Hard Skills: Cost estimation and analysis, project management, financial acumen, risk analysis, and value engineering
