Job Vacancy – Front Desk Agent
The Jewel Hotel is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in the same field (Front Office/Reception).
• Must have worked in a hotel environment before.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures.
• Handling reservations, phone calls, and guest requests.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports.
