Sales & Business Development Executive Muscat – Qurum Our organization is seeking a highly driven and results-focused Sales & Business Development Executive to support our growth plans and strengthen our presence in the Omani market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. Responsibilities & Qualifications 1. Experience: Minimum of 5–6 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or key account management within Oman or the GCC region. 2. Client Network: Must have an established client base and strong business relationships within the Omani market, with the ability to generate immediate sales opportunities. 3. Sales Performance: The candidate must achieve the required monthly sales target to cover their salary, with incentives provided for performance exceeding the set targets. 4. Market Expansion: Ability to identify new business segments, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to expand the company’s market share. 5. Negotiation & Contracts: Strong negotiation skills with experience in preparing proposals, closing deals, and managing contracts professionally. 6. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and maintain long-term relationships. 7. Mobility & Residency: A valid driving license is mandatory. Candidates must currently reside in Oman with a valid residence permit. Benefits & Compensation 1.
