Construction Estimator – LB Construction is seeking to add a Construction Estimator to our Team. The Estimator will be focused primarily on Commercial Construction, and will be responsible for completing all commercial estimates; from small repairs, to fit-outs, to ground-up large hotel and other commercial facilities. Additionally, Estimator will also work with Residential Estimator, specifically in high-end luxury living (within condos and other specialty buildings), which Weaver Construction has a specific niche.
– Estimator will complete all proposals, scopes, take-offs, and communicate with all subcontractors and suppliers to ensure a detailed and accurate estimate. Estimator will assist Sales Persons with design ideas and cost solutions.
– Flexibility is needed, as LB works with all types of projects (preliminary budgetting, design-build, plan-spec)

• 10+ years commercial construction experience
• Construction Estimating experience is preferred
• In-depth understanding of all types of commercial construction
• Confidence and solid understanding and ease of use in standard computer programs (word, excel)
• Timberline Estimating experience is a plus
