We are an Interior Decor Company urgently seeking an Estimator with strong joinery experience to join our team immediately.
???? Role & Responsibilities
– Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and joinery projects
– Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
– Source materials and liaise with suppliers for pricing
– Work closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure budgets are met
– Provide timely and detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
???? Requirements
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Estimator in joinery/interior decor projects
– Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery techniques
– Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
– Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
