We are hiring a Supervisor to join our food delivery operations team.
Position: Delivery Supervisor
Industry: Food Delivery / Logistics
Location: Bahrain
Salary: Will be discussed during interview
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
???? Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily rider operations
Coordinate delivery schedules and route planning
Monitor rider performance and resolve operational issues
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
✅ Requirements:
Previous experience in food delivery/logistics supervision
Strong communication & leadership skills
Ability to manage a large rider team
Good problem-solving skills
Computer literacy (Excel, word and tracking systems)
