مطلوب Logistic Supervisor مشرف لوجستي للعمل في منطقة الجبيل – Ensure delivery of all agreed operating plans to achieve financial results
– Monitoring and managing the consumable ite m spend for the site within budget constraints
-Proactive management of the scheduled workload to ensure material delivery to all (internal/external) customers, and communication of any changes to it
– Timely ordering of all raw material requirements to ensure customer commitments are upheld
– Working to all agreed Service Level Agreements with all customers
– Communication with any relevant third party suppliers to ensure all material is delivered
– Booking in and controlling of all relevant raw material ensuring SOX requirements are fulfilled
– Control of documentation (production/quality etc)
– Investigating all customer complaints ensuring that the root cause is identified and actions are tracked and completed to stop any re-occurrence
– Management of the Greif transport fleet to ensure lowest delivery costs both for the customer and for Greif, ensuring the highest load utilization and most efficient transport methodology
– Ensuring right first time quality, reducing scrap and completing root cause analysis to ensure repeat failures are removed
