About the Role

Kooheji Contractors is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Civil Department in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, project management, and structural design, with the ability to oversee site operations and ensure project quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and supervise civil construction projects.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.

Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Prepare progress reports and technical documentation.

Support project teams to achieve successful project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

5–8 years of relevant work experience in civil or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of structural design, project supervision, and construction materials.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering tools is preferred.
