We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our creative design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for sustainable design, and the technical expertise to bring conceptual ideas to life through 2D and 3D visualization. Key Responsibilities · Meet with clients to discuss project goals, site requirements, and design preferences. · Develop concept mood boards that align with the client’s vision and overall project theme. · Prepare 2D sketches and conceptual drawings to communicate design ideas. · Convert design concepts into detailed 3D models using SketchUp or similar software. · Select appropriate flora and hardscape materials based on environmental conditions, project context, and design intent. · Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cohesive project execution. · Produce visually compelling renders and presentations as a final product for the clients. · Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, sustainability standards, and budgetary constraints. · Prepare detailed 2D drawings outlining design layouts, dimensions, and material specifications. · Compile and submit a comprehensive report including material details, plant specifications, and quantity estimates. Qualifications · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field. · Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (Lumion preferred). · Strong understanding of planting design, materials, and site planning principles. · Excellent communication, presentation, and client coordination skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
