The real estate / property division of Almoayed Investments is looking for a PROPERTY MANAGER
DELIVERABLES:
* Property operations & maintenance
* Leasing process & agreement
* Tenant relations
* Vendor relationship & contract management
* Financial management, occupancy rate, & cost efficiency
* Legal & compliance
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in property management in GCC, preferably in Bahrain
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills (Arabic language an advantage)
* Strong personality and self-motivated
* Effective report writing
* Valid Bahrain driving license
* Should be in Bahrain (can join immediately preferred)
