What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Continental Chef (CDP or higher)
Strong skills in Continental cuisine, plating, and presentation
Passion for quality, consistency, and kitchen standards
Calm under pressure with excellent teamwork & communication
Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
What You’ll Do
Prepare, cook, and present Continental dishes to high standards
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Maintain top hygiene, cleanliness, and safety (HACCP compliance)
Support menu planning, mise en place, and daily operations
Train/guide junior staff and follow recipes/SOPs precisely
Monitor inventory, reduce waste, and coordinate with the FOH team
