Job Purpose:

To provide technical assistance and support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The IT Support is responsible for maintaining the company’s computer systems, ensuring smooth operation, and providing timely solutions to IT problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person.

Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.

Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in systems and email.

Support network setup, cabling, and connectivity troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).

Perform regular data backups and ensure system security through antivirus and patch management.

Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, or software updates.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of IT systems.

Assist in the setup and maintenance of CCTV, access control, and telephone systems.

Support the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Provide user training and guidance on basic IT practices and security awareness.

Familiar with Active Directory, email configuration, and backup solutions.

Experience with ERP, CCTV, or access control systems is an advantage.
