We are looking for a intern to join our team as a Purchase Officer for a 6-month internship. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations.
Nationality: Bahrain
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
– Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and order follow-ups
– Maintain and update purchase records and reports
– Support the purchasing team in daily operations
– Ensure timely processing of procurement requests
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
– Good communication and negotiation skills
– Basic knowledge of procurement processes
– Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
