Job Description: Handle inbound customer calls in English from your home office. Assist customers with their inquiries efficiently and professionally via phone and email. Accurately log all interactions and data into our online systems. Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements: Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written) is a must. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must have a personal computer (laptop or desktop) with a functional camera and microphone. A stable and high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
