Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Muharraq
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in quantity take-off, subcontractor payment certification, and valuation works.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying (construction field preferred)
Proficient in quantity take-off and preparation of payment certificates
Experience in valuation of works and subcontractor management
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs
Verify and process subcontractor bills and payment certificates
Prepare valuation and cost control
Coordinate with the site and project team for accurate measurements and documentation
