A well-established joinery and interior fit-out company in Bahrain is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our professional team. The company specializes in bespoke joinery, furniture manufacturing, and turnkey interior projects for commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for joinery, furniture, and interior fit-out projects.

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

• Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams to validate quantities and pricing.

• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and technical inputs.

• Support project management and commercial teams with variation and cost control analysis.

• Ensure all estimation and commercial documentation complies with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Interior Design.

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in joinery, woodwork, or interior fit-out estimation.

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and production processes in joinery and furniture manufacturing.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Currently available in Bahrain and ready for immediate joining or short notice.
