Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present handmade pizzas, flatbreads, and related dishes to a high standard.
Develop and experiment with new doughs, sauces, and toppings to keep the menu exciting and unique.
Maintain consistent quality, flavor, and portion control across all menu items.
Manage pizza oven operations — ensuring correct temperature, timing, and technique.
Assist with inventory control, ordering, and storage of pizza-related ingredients.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Work closely with the Head Chef to contribute creative ideas for specials or seasonal menu items.
Support other kitchen stations when needed and promote teamwork within the kitchen.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a pizza, bakery, or flatbread kitchen.
Skilled in dough preparation, fermentation, stretching, and baking techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for flavor balance.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
