Bahrain Travellers & Consulting, the first Italian-managed tour operator in the Kingdom of Bahrain, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Travel Desk Assistant to join our team at Hilton Hotel Bahrain.

The ideal candidate will assist guests directly at our travel desk, providing information about tours, activities, and vacation packages, while promoting our brand’s authentic and high-quality experiences.

This position is part-time and commission-based, perfect for someone who is motivated, outgoing, and passionate about hospitality and tourism.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and introduce Bahrain Travellers’ tours and services

Provide personalized assistance and travel recommendations

Handle bookings and coordinate with the operations team

Promote ongoing offers and ensure guest satisfaction

Maintain a professional and engaging appearance at the travel desk

Requirements:

Female candidates only (Bahraini or resident in Bahrain)

Excellent communication skills in English (Italian or Arabic is a plus)

Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred

Strong sales and interpersonal skills

Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

Flexible and proactive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure

Professional appearance and behavior suitable for a 5-star hotel environment
