SALES IN-CHARGE FOR DELICATESSEN SECTION

We are newly opened hypermarket seeking for an experienced and skilled individual to manage and lead our Delicatessen Section. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fresh food operations, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Hospitality, Food Service, or Management) is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a deli, butcher shop, or fresh food retail environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Skills & Attributes:

o Proven leadership and team management abilities.

o Extensive knowledge of fresh food products, including proper slicing techniques, storage, and handling procedures.

o Strong knowledge of local and international food safety and hygiene standards.

o Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

o Proficiency in inventory management, ordering, and cost control.

o Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Language: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi or other languages is an advantage.
