Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Take customer’s order accurately and efficiently
-Prepare food and beverage orders according to company standards
-Maintain a clean and organized dining area
-Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
-Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
-Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
-Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
