Job Vacancy: Bread Maker – Food & Beverage (F&B)

We are currently looking for a male Bread Maker to join our F&B team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about baking, reliable, and experienced in producing a variety of breads to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake different types of bread (e.g., white, whole grain, sourdough, etc.)

Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes

Operate baking equipment and ovens safely and efficiently

Ensure proper fermentation, proofing, and baking times

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area

Monitor ingredient stock and coordinate with procurement for restocking

Follow food safety regulations and maintain product consistency

Assist with daily production planning and quality control

✅ Requirements:

Previous experience as a bread baker or in a similar F&B baking role is preferred

Skilled in handling baking equipment and dough preparation

Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices

Ability to follow recipes and maintain product consistency

Good time management and ability to work independently

Flexibility to work early mornings or shifts, as required
