HR Consultant & Trainer
Location: Manama, Bahrain / Remote / Hybrid
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Director / Head of Business Development

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Specialist to develop and execute
marketing initiatives that elevate our brand in the management consulting and training
landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing within the
professional services sector, preferably with a strong understanding of HR consulting
domains such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Leadership Development,
and HR Transformation. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building
brand authority, and effectively communicating the value of our specialized consulting
services.
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing & Strategy:
• Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that positions our firm as a
thought leader in management and HR consulting.
• Create, curate, and edit high-value content, including whitepapers, case studies,
blog posts, articles, and industry reports tailored to senior HR and C-level
executives.
• Translate complex consulting methodologies and training programs into compelling,
client-centric messaging.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., LinkedIn,
Google Ads, email) to generate a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Oversee the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized,
and effectively converts visitors into leads.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, segmentation,
and performance analysis.
Brand Management & Communications:
• Protect and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing materials
and communication channels.
• Develop marketing collateral, including service brochures, presentation templates,
and sales decks specifically for our consulting and training offerings.
• Manage public relations efforts and seek opportunities for speaking engagements,
webinars, and features in relevant industry publications (SHRM, HR Magazine,
Training Journal).
Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns using
tools like Google Analytics and CRM data.
• Provide regular insights on marketing ROI, lead quality, and market trends to the
leadership team to inform business development strategies.
Event & Partnership Marketing:
• Plan and promote webinars, workshops, and industry conference participation.
• Identify and manage partnerships with industry associations and complementary
service providers to expand our reach.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a management
consulting, training, or professional services firm.
• Demonstrable experience marketing HR consulting services is a significant
advantage.
• Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that
generate measurable leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft
persuasive copy for a B2B audience.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (CRM like Salesforce/HubSpot,
email marketing software, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Preferred Skills
• Strong understanding of the HR industry, key challenges, trends, and the
competitive landscape.
• Experience with SEO/SEM strategies.
• Ability to design basic marketing materials using tools like Canva or the Adobe
Creative Suite.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities.
