Cook – Food & Beverage (F&B)

We are currently looking for a male Cook to join our F&B team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, reliable, and experienced in preparing a variety of dishes to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes according to the menu and recipes

Ensure ingredients are properly measured, prepped, and cooked

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate with procurement for restocking

Follow food safety regulations and ensure consistent quality

Assist with daily kitchen operations, food presentation, and quality control

✅ Requirements:

Previous experience as a cook or in a similar F&B kitchen role is preferred

Skilled in using kitchen tools and preparing various cuisines

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices

Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency

Good time management and ability to work independently

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
