Immediate Hiring – Project Manager (Portable Construction Services)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-Time

We are hiring a dedicated Project Manager to lead portable construction services projects, including the design, assembly, and installation of modular buildings, cabins, site offices, and mobile units across various sectors.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering

Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in managing portable/modular construction projects

Strong knowledge of prefabricated structures, site installation, and logistics

Experience handling procurement, vendor coordination, and client delivery

Familiar with Saudi regulations and building codes

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Transferable Iqama or available for immediate joining preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and manage portable building projects from initiation to completion

Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams for smooth execution

Oversee on-site assembly and installation of modular units

Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines

Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation

Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for updates and approvals

Resolve site issues and ensure client satisfaction
