Key Accountabilities:

• Develop the procurement logs from scratch by thoroughly reviewing the drawings, specifications, and BOQ.

• Review and understand project specifications, approved Material Submittals (MS), and shop drawings to ensure all materials quoted comply with technical, quality, and aesthetic requirements.

• Liaise with the technical and construction teams to clarify technical requirements and resolve any discrepancies between specifications and vendor proposals.

• Manage and execute the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services according to company policies and project requirements.

• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time, and reliability.

• Prepare and issue RFQs, analyze quotations, and negotiate contracts and purchase orders.

• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and procurement procedures.

• Manage the procurement lifecycle for Long Lead Items (LLI), particularly bespoke or imported lighting fixtures, to align with the overall project timeline.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Job Specifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Skills: Interpretation and analysis of electrical blueprints, technical specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQ).

Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
