Waiter Responsibilities:
- Ensure greet customers and make them feel welcome
- Ensure all customers getting the best service and ensure the customer experience and satisfaction met the highest level
- Ensure full knowledge with menu item recipe and cooking process
- Maintain good relationship with colleague
- Ensure all customer orders are right before delivering it to the customer
- solve any minor issue with customer on spot and report it to the manager
