– Main Duties and Functions Kitchen Cleaning:
1. Inspect and clean kitchen equipment and facilities.
2. Supervise cleaning by chef assistants.
3. Ensure health and safety
4. Follow health and safety policies and procedures
5. ensure food handling in a healthy manner.
– Preparation of foods: Planning meals, preparing foods according to recipes or instructions of the chef, and operating kitchen equipment.
