مطلوب محاسب في الرياض – Making Payment Vouchers in Exel
– Coordinating with Suppliers about Balances and other issues
– Follow up with Purchasing regarding new PO and advance payments
– Providing Statement of Account to the Suppliers.
– Prepare Cheques and Transfers.
– Preparing required Journal Voucher related to Expenses and payments
– Making Payments Vouchers in Accounting System
– Matching and confirm Vendors Balances Monthly
– Coordinating with PMO and Logistic about receiving Vendors invoices and Items
– Review and post all Jobs cost ( cash Exp & Purchase ) by PMO
