Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Position: Proposal Engineer
Industry: Mechanical / Industrial Coatings & Lining
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in Primavera P6
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of APCS & PCS painting material standards
Familiarity with PTFE and related standards (e.g., ASTM D1457 / D4895 / D3294)
Experience in estimation for:
Industrial epoxy coatings
Teflon lining
PTFE coating of fasteners, spools, valves, and fittings
Fabrication knowledge is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for industrial coating and lining projects
Accurately estimate materials, labor, and time for job execution
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required inputs
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and project specifications
Provide technical support during bidding and proposal stages
