We are hiring a talented Quality Controller to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities :

– Collaborate with management to set and maintain quality standards.

– Develop and implement inspection and testing procedures for products and materials.

– Ensure all products meet company, industry, and customer quality requirements.

– Conduct quality checks for incoming materials and throughout all production stages.

– Prepare and maintain inspection and quality reports.

– Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

– Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality and performance.

– Support continuous improvement by identifying areas for process and quality enhancement.

– Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control practices.

– Handle customer complaints and implement preventive and corrective measures.

– Prepare product samples and mock samples for customers following set standards.

– Conduct supplier audits and visits to improve vendor performance.

– Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

– Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support quality-related requirements.

Qualification Required :

– Prior experience as a quality manager in a production processing environment

– Familiar with company and industry quality standards and processes

– Proficient in computer technology and systems

– Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications

– In-depth knowledge of market trends and conditions

– Strong leadership and management skills

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

– Able to positively influence others

– Great team player with strong interpersonal skills
