Key Responsibilities

1. IT Systems & Network Support

Provide hands-on support for the company’s hardware, software, and network infrastructure, ensuring all systems operate reliably and securely.

Assist in the implementation of IT policies and daily operational routines.

2. Business Systems & ERP Support

Provide administration and support for our business management systems, primarily focusing on our Odoo ERP platform.

Assist in configuring and optimizing the Odoo system to improve business processes. Previous experience with ERP systems is required, and specific experience with Odoo is a strong advantage.

3. User Assistance & Technical Support

Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing timely and effective support to colleagues across all departments.

Work to automate tasks and enhance workflows to improve efficiency for teams.

4. Security & Vendor Coordination

Help maintain the security and integrity of our IT environment, including user accounts and company devices.

Assist in managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar hands-on technical role.

Experience within a retail business environment is essential.

Practical experience with ERP systems is required.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
