We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team for an ongoing hotel construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems design, installation, and coordination within large-scale building or hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.

Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.

Ensure all mechanical installations comply with project standards, safety codes, and quality requirements.

Prepare and review material submittals, method statements, and technical reports.

Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work quality.

Support the commissioning, testing, and handover of mechanical systems.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resolving technical issues on-site.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP systems for large-scale commercial or hospitality projects.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Must be immediately available to join.
