I am looking for Civil Inspector with transferable Iqama with below mentioned requirements: –
Qualification: –
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum Experience: 5–7 years (at least 3 years in QA/QC or inspection).
Certifications: –
o CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI (if involved in concrete or steel welding checks).
o Knowledge of ASTM, BS, ACI, and SASO standards.
Preferred: Experience in stadium or infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities: –
• Inspect civil works such as excavation, foundation, concrete casting, rebar works, formwork, masonry, plastering, and finishes.
• Verify material quality: cement, aggregate, steel, blocks, tiles, waterproofing, etc.
• Witness field & lab tests (slump, cube/cylinder tests, core extraction, etc.).
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, ITPs, and QCPs.
• Review MTCs, concrete batch reports, and test certificates.
• Issue inspection reports, NCRs (if deviations), and final release notes.
