Dear Candidates,
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to join an international organization based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Human Resources and the following key skills and qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
– Possess comprehensive knowledge of HR systems including Recruitment, Termination, ERP etc.
– Have in-depth understanding of KSA medical insurance.
– Be proficient in booking airline tickets.
– Have experience in employee relation management.
– Demonstrate excellent written and email communication skills in English.
– Good understanding of employees professional development plans.
– Able to use bilingual ERP.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field in Middle East.
– Possession of a valid transferable iqama (for non-Saudi).
– Ability to join immediately.
