Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative and personal support to management.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence, calls, and follow-ups professionally.
Assist in daily business operations and errands as required.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage documentation, records, and basic office organization.
Requirements
Strong communication skills (English and basic Arabic preferred).
Professional attitude, trustworthiness, and strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Valid transferable Iqama.
Preferably from Kerala, India.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or administrative role is a plus.
