Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team, specializing in hotel projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for hotel developments, working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with design intent and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for hotel projects, including architectural, structural, and MEP systems.

2. Develop and modify CAD drawings, models, and designs according to project specifications and client requirements.

3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent and compliance with industry standards.

4. Ensure drawings meet hotel industry standards, local building codes, and regulatory requirements.

5. Maintain and organize CAD files, drawings, and related documentation.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD software (2017 or later).

2. Experience in architectural, structural, or MEP drafting, preferably in hotel or hospitality projects.

3. Strong understanding of building design principles, construction methods, and materials.

4. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Degree or diploma in drafting, architecture, engineering, or related field.

2. Experience with other CAD software (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks).

3. Knowledge of hotel design and construction standards.
