We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and baking breads, pastries, and desserts while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and fillings for breads and pastries.
Support senior bakers in daily production and baking schedules.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and finished products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery section.
Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures.
Learn and develop new baking techniques and skills.
Requirements:
Previous experience or training in a bakery or pastry kitchen preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work early morning shifts and as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic bakery tools and equipment.
