We are a growing technology and infrastructure solutions company based in Saudi Arabia, specializing in structured cabling, network cabinets, and physical infrastructure setup, CCTV Setup. Our goal is to expand beyond our current hardware business and establish a stronger presence in the wider ICT and technology solutions sector.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Developer to lead our next stage of growth. The right candidate will have a solid background in IT infrastructure, strong business acumen, and a proactive approach to building relationships and identifying new opportunities with new business ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Identify and pursue new markets, sectors, and clients beyond our existing.

• Leverage existing technical capabilities to expand into new IT areas such as data centers, smart building systems, cybersecurity hardware integration, and others.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.

• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competition, and customer needs.

• Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals and deliver client-focused solutions.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in IT infrastructure, networking, or low-voltage systems.

• Strong knowledge of hardware-based IT solutions such as cabling, data centers, and communication infrastructure.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strategic mindset with a drive for identifying and developing new business opportunities.

• Established network within the Saudi and GCC technology markets is an advantage.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English preferred.
