Key Responsibilities
1- Source, screen, and interview candidates for blue-collar roles
2- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
3- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
4- Support onboarding and joining processes
5- Build recruitment pipelines and recruitment partnerships

1- Must have experience in blue-collar sourcing & hiring
2- Strong understanding of large-volume recruitment processes
3- Preferred candidates with experience hiring from South Asian workforce (Pakistan/India)
(priority experience, not a restriction)
4- Strong communication & coordination skills
5- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
