Job Title: Sales Engineer

Reports To: Sales Manager / General Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, understanding customer technical requirements, and providing suitable product or service solutions. The role combines technical knowledge with sales skills to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Leads.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals.

• Coordinate with the design, production, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and contract terms.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Estimation and costing.

• Quotation Preparation.

• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical /Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or industrial equipment sales.

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

• Valid driving license preferred.
