We’re scaling fast — and we need someone who can make sense of sales data, pricing, and promotions across multiple product lines and customer types.

About the Role:
You’ll support our sales of ready-to-eat salads, cut fruits, processed vegetables, and wholesale produce sold to retail, HORECA, wholesale, and aggregator platforms.
Your job is to keep our numbers sharp, our marketing focused, and our decisions data-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and analyze daily and weekly sales data (volumes, margins, and trends).
– Build clear dashboards showing which products, customers, and regions perform best.
– Track pricing, competitor promotions, and sales performance across channels.
– Coordinate marketing promotions (WhatsApp campaigns, posters, offers, and seasonal pushes).
– Support telesales by preparing lead lists, target segments, and follow-up reports.
– Prepare concise monthly management summaries — what’s working, what’s not.
You Should Have:
– Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, charts, data cleaning).
– Understanding of basic marketing tools — Canva, email campaign software, etc.
– Prior experience in FMCG, F&B, or distribution is a big advantage.
– Eye for detail, ability to manage multiple reports, and a calm approach to deadlines.
– 1–3 years’ experience in sales coordination, marketing, or operations support.
– Proficiency in english and arabic
– Transferable Iqama
– Your own transport to the office
